Return & Exchange Policy
We will gladly exchange, repair or refund most items in their original condition and packaging within 30 days of purchase. Please note there is a 20% re-stocking fee + return shipping charges will not be refunded.
All orders will be fully refunded if the return is the result of an error by Bath.EDbyEllen.com. Exceptions may apply (including Express Delivery or Less than Truckload Deliveries). Items must be returned in original packaging with all components for a full refund.

Before beginning assembly of product, make sure all parts are included and functional. Each product comes with an Instruction Manual including package contents, hardware contents and replacement parts pages. If any part(s) are missing or damaged, do not attempt to assemble the product.
